Meet Ankush Pathak

If you’re reading this, you probably already know who I am, but if not, what’s up! My name is Ankush Pathak, and I’m a 21-year-old Finance major attending school in Atlanta, Georgia. For the past year, I’ve been building TCGATL, a Pokémon brand that taught me a lot about content, sales, branding, and what it actually takes to build something from the ground up.

At the same time, I always knew Pokémon probably wouldn’t be the only thing I built forever. Real estate had been on my mind for a while, even with everything I heard about how saturated and difficult the industry can be. Going into this semester, I knew school wasn’t going to be the only thing I worked on — and that’s where Pathak Properties comes in.

What is Pathak Properties?

For now, Pathak Properties is where I’ll be documenting the beginning stages of my real estate journey, working through the licensing process, learning the industry, and sharing what I pick up along the way. I’ll be posting daily videos on Instagram at @pathakproperties through my “Day _ of Becoming a Real Estate Agent” series, where I’ll review what I learned, what confused me, and how the process is actually going. Every video starts the same way with a phrase that became the perfect way to describe this whole journey: “Today I Learned…”

Today I Learned...

Today I Learned… started as the phrase behind my daily videos, but I want it to represent something bigger than just real estate. The idea is simple: you don’t have to know everything to start, and there’s nothing wrong with admitting you’re still learning. I’m building Today I Learned… around that mindset — staying curious, learning through experience, and being open about the process. The clothing is just one way of turning that message into something people can actually wear and be a part of.
